Victoria Square Apartments are located in Broadbeach Mall at 15 Victoria Avenue, Broadbeach. If you are driving north from the Gold Coast Airport you turn right at Victoria Avenue (first set of traffic lights after Jupiter's Casino on Hooker Boulevard). Initially you will have to use the street parking until you collect your keys from Reception as there is a security tag needed to access the underground carpark.

Victoria apartments - a wonderful place to stay. Easy bus access to markets, shopping center and rail to Brisbane. A pick up for day tours also good.
We have stayed before and will certainly stay again.

Stay was great, although we did wish to watch a DVD and could not get the player to work, rang receeption, got after hours number but heard nothing. Not a huge problem but would have been nice to get feedback from the front desk as we checked out

If you are looking for very noisy and very average almost like your local puc accomodation then this is the place for you! Not good for familys you here every voice in the mall at night and every sound from the surrounding night clubs. The unit itself is very old and very cold no heating in winter and only 1 air con unit in the lounge for summer. AGAIN- VERY VERY NOISY -The lifts were also playing up and the your secuity key has a mind of its own-you need this to use the lift and the main entry and garage entry.

The room we had was great,plenty of room,clean and tidy

Dissapointing this time,we had requested beach view appartment with 1xqueen bed and 4x single as we had 4 teenage children we were given an apartment with no beach view and 2 double beds. Upon request we were given a fold away. The room was dated and the airconditioner which had the frame missing rattled all night. This was also reported to the management but we were not able to be moved as requested as the appartments were apparently full. We have stayed at victoria appartments prior but will be going elsewhere next year as there are many options in that area.

Fantastic location. I was so caught out by the access issue - it's in a pedestrian zone and quite a walk from drop off. I was there to play golf on Gold Cost with friends and 2 wheely bags and golf bag were not easy to get in.
A very helpful and efficient young lady at the front desk during the working week was the highlight of this apartment stay - she needs a raise!
I realise all the apartments may be different, but 1703 was frankly grubby. Hairs in blankets, tacky service tops and dirty cupboards - some of the crockery looked unwashed!
The male guy there on check in/out on weekends was unhelpful and inefficient. I took 40 minutes to check in. Splitting the bill between 3 cards was a major task. Also stingy with towels - no face flannels and one towel per guest for one week!! Plus really bad smell from rubbish chute - invaded whole floor. I don't think they have heard of the weekly clean and hose down!

Location was excellent. Restaurants galore only a minute walk away and Jupiters Casino and Pacific Fair only a 10-15 minute walk away. Apartment was clean and roomy. Great value for money - will definately stay when I organise a weekend away in June

LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!!! Great location, great apartments, great staff, great facilities....... we had the best holiday ever!!! It is a small boutiquey quiet apartment complex, in a fabulous location, with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday.

kitchen and bathrooms could have been updated given the 4 and 1/2 star rating, they were quite dated compared to other hotels with same rating that we have stayed in. Hot water too hot also and a danger for some one recieving severe burns. Please ensure that the water in these appartments is regulated to a safe temperature
