The unit we were quoted on was exactly as was quoted. 3 bedroom unit, perfect for a family. We will be staying here again next time we are on the Gold Coast.

Liked: Tennis court (although night lights didn't work despite reporting it to reception), easy access to shops and beach.
Disliked: Partying and noise around the pool on the evening of Australia Day as it was not a suitable atmosphere for children with alcohol and loud music and large volume of people. The unit needs a brush and

It was a relaxing stay. The receptionist who greeted us was extremly welcoming, however later there was an extremly cold old lady there, recomend she gets fired. The food was overpriced and awful, the plates were a breeding ground for mould, the towels were of a sub-standard condition, the gym had a constent stench of BO, the pool was a sufficient size, most of the pool staff were extremely polite, the bathrooms were more than sufficient, could have been larger, except for bath tubs which were the best around except for drain which had an awful stench, could have been more toilet paper, fridge had opened tub of old cheese hidden in the back that was growing fungi, we reported it to staff who immeadiatly took responsibilty off the problem. Altogether a relaxing stay we would recomend for quick buisness stays but not a family getaway.

As usual we had a very enjoyable stay here. Everything with this resort is perfect hence the reason we keep coming back. The staff and facilities are excellent.

It was a comfortable stay, but was disappointed that we could'nt use the balcony as the road noise was so bad. Tavern noise till very late on Friday and Saturday nights. Shame the games room doesn't have anything that doesn't require coins. Cane couches not so comfortable.

So incredibly happy with our decision to stay here! AMAZING service, such lovely staff and the rooms were spotless and very well presented. We had everything we needed, especially when it came to doing extra cooking and laundry - very handy facilities to have! And just to top it off you have cafes, shops and the gorgeous Burleigh beachfront all within 2 minutes walk.... THANK YOU!

We were greatly disturbed the first night of our stay which was the Sunday night of the long weekend. Our room had a beach view but we also had the noise from the Tavern until very late. Obviously patrons who had been drinking for awhile stood on the pavement talking laughing yelling.

we stayed in room 1124 of the resort section. This was a penthouse apatrtment on the top floor with huge living areas, plasma tv, large outdoor deck area, very child friendly and secure. the resort is virtually across the road from the beach, the kids surfed all day long.
we will definaetly be back. make sure to ask for this room, im told by the manager its the best apartment in the whole resort..

people should know that the resort is not on the beach and the gold coast highway must be crossed to get to the beach

We loved the resort! We stayed on level 3 in the middle, overlooking the pool towards the ocean for the weekend. Great for the kids and the BBQ and pool worked well for our friends who called over and their kids. On Saturday afternoon we all had drinks on burleigh hill lookng over the surf and surfers. Magic!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, with modern furnishings. Even though it was raining pretty much the whole week my friends and i were at burleigh, there was still lots to do and didnt feel cramped in the apartment.
It was very easy to catch a bus up to surfers for shopping or a night out. The staff we're really nice and very helpful with booking taxis. It's very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Its the perfect place to have a relaxing holiday.

Had a great time! Kids loved the heated pool and walking the beach and headland was fantastic. BBQ by the pool was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the resort! We stayed in 1050 with 2 young kids, on 3rd floor - close but not too close to the action. Views over the pool out to the ocean. Away from the road, in the middle of the complex. Loved the pool and BBQ for breakfast and dinner. Great for young families.

I stayed for a wedding, everything was lovely, except for having to dispose of our own rubbish in our rooms, out to the rubbish shoot - that was very odd and put a dampiner on our stay. Loved the new restaurant on the ground floor and the special discount for in house guests - i would recommend this restaurant for all guests wanting breakfast.
