Good value for money.

Liked: Good value great location don\'t need to go far for foods and shop.
Disliked: Way too noisy, need renovation , very running down, still dust in bedrooms ans shower not clean.

The owner was very helpful , but the room wasn't clean at all and the hall way to our room had a bad smell to it...

Very disappointed that we were not told of a building construction right next door that started work at 6am in the morning. Also very average kitchen with old appliances and holes filled in with cheap timber where the old stove used to be, and one cupboard could not be closed as the fuse box stuck out further than the cupboard itself. Also reception was supposed to be open Saturday but no one to be seen. couch in lounge very unconfortable and again cheap furniture. And not even a soap holder in the shower, had to put soap on floor!!

Liked: Convenience to shops, security, nice reception staff.
Disliked: construction going on next door, old cheap furniture and appliances, a little run down.

I really enjoyed our stay at the promenade apartments and felt very safe with the security measures they had in place. the staff were very pleasant and helpful too. i would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

not what i expected for the price at all... i cannot belive this place has a rating more than 2 or 2 half...i only been tru to tyhe request for feed back... and the price is to hire to pay

Liked: no much noise bulding in bad condition
Disliked: rooms are not cleaned by any cleaners and no one was there after five pm

We checked in fine, got up to our apartment and there was NO POOL since it was under construction. Nobody had the decency to tell us prior to the time we found out. We forfeited hundreds of dollars just so we could move elsewhere! Very reluctant to give ANY money back so we thought we would cut our losses and run...

Liked: Staying in the xxxxxxxxxx Apartments instead....FANTASTIC!!!
Disliked: Service, facilities, rudeness, rooms did not look like they did in the internet photographs....thats just about the only things I noticed since we were there for less than half an hour!

I loved the Promenade Apartments. This was the 2nd time i had stayed and i thought it was fantastic.. great location!! Will definetly be coming back to stay.. Thankyou

Liked the view and enjoyed the atmosphere that the sunshine state had to offer. The staff were pretty rad and occasionally came to my assistance with some hard aching tasks.

Liked: The amount of mirz was to die for there was never a dull moment without mirz. The rooms were also quite spacious, finally i found a room where i could comfortably fit through the door.
Disliked: Loud hooligans from the street, which is expected

Our apartment was spacious and perfect size for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed themselves and the facilities gave us all plenty to do. The views of the Surfers Paradise were great and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony.

Absolutely woeful. Photos are not a true representation of the rooms. Hallways and lifts look like something out of a backpacker horror movie.
