The mattresses on the 2 single beds were so very and sagging. The headboards were not attached, hence every time we tuned over in bed, the board banged against the wall. There are quite a few cracks in the walls. Booking for 4 people, only provided with 2 face washers.Sliding doors very hard to open. Basically this appartment could do with a make over.

The kitchen knife of the kitchen articles doesn\'t cut. There is no cutting board.
Both were bought, it used, it put on kitchen, and we returned home.

Initially disappointed with outdated decor but overwhelmed with the magnificent views. We stayed on the 20th floor, 2 parents, two older teenagers and 2 grandparents in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. All facilities (kitchen and laundry) excellent but only one double bed. Repeat, the views were stunning. Within very easy reach of good shopping and restaurants. Big balcony, ideal for outdoor eating. Wouldn't rate it any more than 3 1/2 stars, perhaps 4 at a big prod. Expensive internet (wouldn't it be nice if it were free!). The views are its saving grace. Now that I've vented my disappointment, I might consider staying again

stayed 3 nights in a 2 bed/2 bathroom on the 5th floor.
On arrival checking in was FAST , efficient and very friendly. The room was amazing-could not fault! Superb views onto the beach from the lounge and main bedroom..and the Balcony.
So clean and spacious(especially the bathrooms). Bed was Super comfy..loved it!

We,ve just stayed 4 nights at Ocean Plaza Resort and we were very impressed.The unit had been recently refurbished and was absolutely beautiful and well appointed with everything to make your stay comfortable.The handy location with shops,aldi ,cafes and cinemas underneath was perfect.We will definately be back.Views were breathtaking!

The bed ruined our stay! It was like sleeping on a rock, may as well have slept on the floor. Kids beds were just as bad. We were tired & grumpy the whole time. Considering the cost to stay there, its just not good enough. Not happy with Mint really..... sorry

Ocean plaza is the BEST! resort i have ever stayed at. The rooms are awesome, the staff are all friendly and they have so many things you can do without leaving the resort such as the green mall under neath the rooms, the tennis court, pool, gym, game room etc. If the was ever a place i would recommend to people it would be ocean plaza. Everytime I stay at ocean plaza - coolangatta i never want to leave beacuase it is so awesome. Cant wait!!! till I come back down for another awesome week.

I assume 1 is poor & 10 is good but this is a basic flaw which discourages responses!2nd bedroom was very uncomfortable as no overhead or pedestal fan and would have had to have air con on all day if 2nd bedroom was to benefit; I\'ve scored the \"rooms\" excluding this very important factor.

Excellent views, spacious apartment. Convenient to cinema, restaurants and cafes. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. Great place to stay if you have teenagers as they are able to go off to the beach or cinema while you relax in the apartment.

The loction of the resort was fantastic as you could walk across the road to the beach,shops,cafes,supermarkets and cinema were right on your door step. Staff were very helpful with any questions.

Had the most wonderfully, relaxing time at the Ocean Plaza. I was on my own yet felt very secure in the apartment. It had everything I needed and the bonus was the private entry to the shopping centre.

The lady on the front desk was rude. upon arriving our room was not checked properly and the shower had rust particles all over the floor. Houskeeping came and cleaned it up. The noise from the pub below kept us awake at night and also woke our 8 month old baby. Our room was on the 4th floor opposite the pool we couldn\'t open the curtains as the guests in the pool could see straight into the unit. Also the TV aerial was hanging out of the wall. not good when you have a small baby crawling around on the floor. Very disappointed as it was our wedding anniversary and first time away in a very long time.

This is a 2star resort, our apartment was full of dust! it had plastic plants, with dust handing of them, In kitchen, rust hot plates, oven about 30years old,sinks smell like dead animal in them. very over priced

I asked and received an appartment with a view uptowards Surfers. Just beautiful. Perfect place to drive to, throw the keys in a corner and walk to all shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs. Very relaxing and very peaceful and quiet.
