The apartment was very clean and well presented.

My only complaint is the bad smell from the kitchen sink. I suspect that the insinkerator (that we didn\'t use) needs attention.

I Liked the Place all good , if i owned it, i would get rid of that stream down near the pool and make a better pool for the kids , 500mm deep

I thought DeVille Apartments was fantastic and have recommended them to friends already. Just need to update the delivery place menu in room as prices were so much higher than in book.

I travel a lot for work and always want a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay so I can relax after work and recharge for the next day. I had stayed at several Gold Coast facilities until I found De Ville, which is just perfect. The location so close to main beach and restaurants is unsurpassed, the service warm and welcoming, and the units very well presented. I have stayed here 7 times since that first trip!

We found all amenities clean and comfortable. Great size for our family of 4 adults and 2 small children. Ease of access etc only one car park though per room

Great location. Spacious and comfortable but kitchen totally under equipped for self- catering. Also think it is unreasonable to expect self clean of dishes on exit and not provide sufficient cleaning products. As a result dishes in cupboards were not very clean when we arrived. Would not stay there again unless could secure unit with air con.

Very plaesed with the de Ville. Great for location and value. However late arrivals may Not identify the Mail Box battery in the dark due to bland colour scheme.

I was at a conference at Sheraton Mirage and wanted a more cost effective option for accomadation - the apartment was brilliant - walking distance to mirage and has a great corner shop outside for provisions - the property is spotless and the management couldnt be more helpfull.

The unit we stayed in was well overdue for new furnishings, carpets, painting etc.One lift was out of service during our entire stay. Very slow to get up and down from unit.
We had to take recycle rubbish down to basement.
Proxy reader to access carpark was out of action for 24 hours during our stay

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the De Ville... we were there for only 4 nights, and could only fault one thing, the building was a little old, as was the pool area.
Inside all the rooms have been refurbished and are now looking really modern. Rooms were spotless, with great views and the location was excellent, only a couple minutes walk to the beach.
